How do I add more text to a sign?

Ok this might be a dumb question but is there a way to like change the size of the font on the signs where you can put custom text so that you can fit more words. Because I am creating a wooden coaster where at the top of the lift hill it has one of those signs where it is like please remain seated at all times, but am unable to do so. [cry]

I do it by spreading my text over more than one sign, and jamming them together:
Please remain
Seated at
ALL TIMES
Or something along that gist.
I have a major problem with the fonts used, anyway. whether you are using a regular font like Playbill (I forget what it's called in the game...cowboy?), or a condenced font like the pirate font. they parse the same way for the sign, and neither really work.

yea i was doing that too just putting signs together but it gets messy and stuff but hopefully its something they add in the future
