How do i bind two keys to one action (Alt+E=Fire as example)

I want to know if there is a way to bind keys like this "Alt+E=Fire(Example)"
Where you have to push both buttons at the same time to activate something.
Pls help :S

Have you tried doing it yourself?
I just went into Options > Controls and selected Primary Fire and pressed Alt + E
The system accepted it and gave the binding as [Left Alt]+[E]
It worked fine.
