You can't bookmark a location on a planet, unless it's a base. Go into system map, if necessary zoom into the planet (the mouse wheel lets you do this), right-click and bookmark. If you go into the bookmarks tab on the left, you can edit the bookmark name if you so wish.

You can at least make a note, of the longitude/latitude of your location, in the planet bookmark's title.
But you can bookmark the planet .. and then in description add Dav's Hope coordinates (longitude/latitude)?
A bit clunky but, best we have for now, will work as a way to bookmark a surface location.
