How do I bounty hunt?

So I've bought a Viper and I have 110,000Cr to outfit it.

I really want to bounty hunt - But how do I bounty hunt?

1)How do I bounty hunt without getting a wanted status myself
2)Whats the best budget outfiting for me?
3)Where should I bounty hunt (I'm near Sol)

3 - what I did was to move to the system with gas giant and the outpost near it. Jump to the asteroid belt and look for bigger ships with wanted status - they will spawn one after another. With my Cobra I can make about 100-200.000 a trip brafore I ran out of ammo.

Buy a kill warrant scanner, find an anarchy system, and go to a nav beacon there. Use the KWS on everyone since all ships show up as clean in anarchies. After KWS is done check the bounty from contacts panel and kill them if the bounty amount is suitable for the challenge of the enemy. At anarchy system nav beacons you can attack everybody without getting bounties on yourself and will not lose reputation with anyone either. Additionally anarchy bases are likely to have a black market where you can sell the stolen loot some enemies will drop before perishing for additional income and you don't have to worry about being scanned either.

Asteroid belts work well too but they can have system authority vessels around and all those rocks to worry about as well.

I recommend to equip shield cell banks with warrant, and to find some nice system, with big and small station close enought to locations. (On small you can pay fine, while big one will start shooting to you).
Best is with 2 different allegiances and anarchy system nearby. So you will get probably double your income and will be able to sell stuff on black market.
At beginning non anarchy systems are better IMHO.

Budget isnt most important, but I would recommend to invest in power plant, distribution and alloys first, with good power you will be able to use lasers without problems.
Remember to use power distribution, you will be then able to fire much often and run away. Use shield banks when your shield is almost offline and run a little away before it reloads.

PS. to avoid fines, just stop shooting when security is too close and jump a little further to get clean area.

The next day I got a 85,000 reward
