How do I clean my windshield?

My Cobra's windshield is filthy and off-putting. Is there a way to clean it? Didn't have this issue on any other ship, and I've only just bought this Cobra!

When you spend good credits to repair wear and tear the least the workshop could do is clean your screen before returning your ship to you

I think if you go to repairs and ensure all is 100% then this sorts the issue

Nope, I repair to 100% every trip. Still filthy. Some kids have scrawled 'Wash me' on it with their finger now!
