Newcomer / Intro how do I collect bounty

I have killed a pirate, my contact says I can collect 27K in a federation facility, I have been to several, and they all say in combat bond contract: "no local combat vouchers". In my transactions it says: 27K bounty in federation. What am I missing?

Try the one above combat bond. I can't remember what it's called.

Combat Bonds are for cashing in conflict zone kills. Also make sure the stations you're visiting are actually federation controlled. Sometimes systems have multiple factions, thus just because it's a fed system doesn't mean it's a fed station. Your system map will tell you who owns what.

Not true any more. You can cash a bounty as long as the faction has ANY presence in the system, they dont have to control the port, just be on the influence list.
