Newcomer / Intro How do I collect loot on planets?

I opend the cargo hatch (may not the right term) on my "buggy" and rolled over the materials I shot out of a metal rock, but nothing happend.
So, how is the correct process?

You need to target the material. You should have a key assigned. Also can do this in LH panel - contacts. Then you can drive over to collect.

That is correct, but you need to target the thing you're picking up.

Don't forget to shoot rocks first before getting mats
