How do I collect the 3A, 4A and 5A Pre-Engineered Overcharged Power Plants at MacDonald Settlement.

I completed the phase 4 community goal for supplies for the Colonia bridge. I'm at Macdonald Settlement and cannot access the pre-engineered overchared powerplants.
How does a CMDR do this?

You first had to confirm you actualy were in the 75% not that you think you were, but you actualy log you were in the 75% on thursday 6AM
Many people were knocked out the 75% tier when it ended on thursday morning in a shocking surge of hand ins on thursday morning...

You then go to ANY station and....
Select the Correct filter in EDO for power plant items in the module storage...
Select the module storage in outfitting on EDH...

Did you click the CG "complete" button in the CG in the Mission Board?

Yep it makes no difference to modules... but decals needed it... untill update 11 was delayed which broke them more. lol. so required human activation...

The issue with OP is hes not bragging about being in tier? so and so tier ?, how do I get my PPs I spent ages bla bla...

Anytime I get a reward like this I just have the module transferred to my home station because I've never been able to find them when I'm at the station that supposedly has them. Not sure why
