Did you remember to collect the items? FD changed this a while back so now, when you take a delivery mission you then have to go up to the " - COLLECT + " buttons, right-arrow to collect all (or as much as you can carry in one trip) and then, at the destination, do the same with the DELIVER buttons to drop the stuff off.
Yup - clearly shows that you haven't picked up anything from the source location - items in source depot 2/2.

Went back again, COLLECTED the stuff this time, along with 3 other missions for same destination, got here again STILL won't let me complete. Gonna try one last time
And when I look at the missions in the panel and go to galaxy map it goes to the destination which is where I'm at
As above, use the + and - buttons to adjust the quantity and then click the central 'Deliver Items' button.
The slider won't move
Did you really pick the cargo up from the depot? Many people at first make the mistake of just buying the commodity from the market. What does your inventory screen look like? It needs to say "haulage" when a commodity is related to a delivery mission.
Edit: regarding your new post, the cargo clearly is still at the pick-up location "(2/2) in depot, collected by you: 0"

That screen shows you've collected zero cargo and 2/2 remain in the depot.
EDIT - it's a delivery mission. They want you to deliver their cargo rather then go buy some cargo and deliver that instead. Its a surprisingly common mistake

This one.
You need to:
- Go back to Mawson Dock
- Go to the Mission Board
- Select the mission you accepted from the board
- Load the cargo onto your ship from the dialog (it'll look like your screenshot, only it'll be for loading cargo, not dropping it off)
- Take it to the destination, and repeat for unloading.
Basically,
Go bac k to the start, select how many you want to pick up using the plu/minus buttons, then press the button in the middle of the two (yes it is a button)to collect the items.

Imagine if you'd looked at Para's guide, so much less hassle
Anyway - next time you try and pick up the goods check you inventory. If it's still empty you did not pick it up. Or check the Transactions tab for the mission - that also shows you if you actually have the goods.

Please post a screenshot of your inventory/cargo from the ship menu so we can see if you effectively collected the proper units.
Just tried to collect again
Seemed to collect fine, even said cargo full. Tried to collect for another mission and days cargo full. Lights went back out 0/2
Launched anyway and this is how my missions look? I can't figure whether I have anything at all.

Not picked up.
First pic above, click on + sign to load, then (er) click in between + and - to confirm?
Try that.
Edit: check your ship inventory, see what you picked up.

I've figured it. You don't only have to scroll to collect units but you also have to click the scroll button AGAIN to confirm which is why I kept flying off with nothing. Not very user friendly especially how long it takes to even fly from one place to another
