I made a ticket today and resolved half of my problem, but when I went back into my account under the support tab "my Tickets" I cant find the ticket I made, the FAQ section is useless on the site.
Was it a customer support ticket, or bug report ticket? I think you actually can't see the bug reports, and nobody let's you know once or if the issue is resolved. (or just looks into)
Only customer support tickets receive feedback.
Did you receive any email notification about either the ticket being opened or actioned?
