How do I get access to the alpha forum?

Yesterday I bought access to alpha 2.0 release, and started testing.

How do I get access to the Technical Support forum?

I cannot use the credentials I used during purchase. This is all quite confusing.

Please help and sorry if this is already somewhere on the forum. Just couldn't find anything about it.

Either email or PM Ashley or contact support - you should then get access within about 24-36 hours.

rather than require you to hunt through the first post of the alpha info the relevant details are as follows:

When you first register on the forum, it takes a little while for your access to certain areas to the forum to become active i.e the Alpha section; this usually takes about 24hours but as things are quite busy at the moment this can sometimes take a little bit longer. if after 48 hours you have not got access, email support@zaonce.net

while first registration isn't the issue here the same goes for the Alpha forum access - it takes a little time to get it sorted, I'd wait until wednesday before firing off an email to support if you dont have access by then

And my apologies for not taking the time to read more of the sticky posts. I don't have the forum interface under my fingers yet, still get a bit lost navigating through it.

I will email support if they don't get back to me by wednesday, as AndyB suggested.

If I understand it well, Frontier Support links the email address of my forum account to my purchases. So things should work out by themselves.
