How do I get guests in my park?

I just switched from the alpha to the beta on steam and loaded up the park i was working on. I was underground working on a tunnel and when i came back up, all of my guests were gone!

The park is still open and all of my rides are open. I closed my park and let out a couple stuck guests, then reopened. I've check the spawners and there is no one in them. I've run marketing campaigns and everything. Still no guests. [weird]

Any help?
