how do i get into open play

hi all so im new i completed all the tutorials and stayed till the end and returned to the menu and im still stuck in solo play even when i chose to go on open play, when i press esc it still says im on solo play, how do i get to open play, also i have a eagle at a separate location where is that?

If you are selecting Open Play and ending up in Solo Play then I would suggest submitting a ticket since that doesn't seem to be a widespread problem.
You're a Beta tester, that means you get to submit tickets explaining problems you've found and help the dev team nail them down and squash those nasty bugs. By doing that you're helping the game development and getting the devs to work on fixing your problem at the same time.
Without further information like your internet speeds and the specs of your computer it's really hard to tell you what might be going on, the information logs the team asks for will tell them all that data.
For now enjoy the game in Solo Mode while your problem is being resolved, there's really not much else you can do unless you can find a simple fix on your end of which I know none for your problem.
