How do I get People to use the Underwater Viewing Area?

I've designed a beautiful Underwater Viewing Area but the Guests only few the Seals from above. I've already built a Shop down there but the few People that go down, just buy something and then leave again. Any Tips how I can get them to view the Seals from there?

Hi Urufu1997 - I had the exact same problem and ended up putting the talk point down there and on the other wall - opposite the glass, I lined it with education boards. It sort of worked and after the guests crammed in to the talk area - they turned around and started reading the education thingy's. I was thinking of the shop area like you put as well for a trifecta - triple whammy, guest drawing super power too:)

Maybe you just need to wait a little while? My guests are using the viewing areas quite a lot, but when they are new, it always takes some time until they "notice" and start walking there.

But then he can't feed the Animals 🙁
Do they at least stay to watch the Animals or immediately leave after that like they do with the Shop, Vending Machine and Benches?

The Viewing Area is as old as the Rest of the Enclosure and still no one watches there. Maybe it would help if I could get the Underwater Feeder to work 🤔
But for some Reason the Game thinks it isn't deep enough even though it is 4m deep

I think the feeder needs to be a little deeper, if I remember correctly.

I'll try now if I get it to work
Edit: only a few Centimeters where missing and after I've corrected it, I've noticed that it isn't even where the Guests can see it 😂

I built an under ground viewing area next to the water for my hippos. My guests go down. Not many but every time I look there are some there. Are there many guests in that general area to begun with (is there a high traffic path next to it?).

Just found out that you can put the Feeder a bit into the Ground to hide it better when you move it while it's already underwater. The Water will prevent the Terrain from being changed. Now I only need to hide it with a few Rocks so it looks more natural

You need to manage your paths. I have built a few underwater sections and one with 3 levels got loads of people to enter because the entrance is close to the path, another I built almost nobody does down because I did a bad job with the paths.

Was that before or after the last Update? Since the Update it works

I had the same resolution, had a viewing window onto a gorgeous panda valley that no one ever visited because another viewpoint was more accessible. Put the talk point in there, problem solved. Education boards and shops/vending machines haven't worked as well at that, in my experience.

In my experience, guests will always eventually notice areas that have been recently built or altered, but they can stop coming after the newness wears off
