How Do I Increase My Chances of Finding Worthwhile Bounties?

Can we use a KWS in super flight mode? I thought we could only scan once we interdiction them?

(Sigh) All I want to know, is if anyone has any ideas re: what sorts of locations increase the chances of getting higher bounties...

Lower population anarchy systems are better, but you must use a kws. Try to find a system that's close to systems with all three factions, for quicker hand in.

That's the answer you're looking for.
