How do I know I have the latest oculus 1.3 version?

I've noticed some people saying oculus 1.3 has had some updates last couple of weeks. I beleive 1.3.2.
I've searched everywhere in my oculus home and could'nt find what version it is and there is no new notification for sw update.
So anybody know how to update the runtime(not interested in the SKD)?

If you open the oculus software, then click the settings button on the top right. then click general on the left. Its at the bottom right below Health and Safety Warning.
