Don't rely on filenames. Log into the store and look at your purchases. That's what FD will be basing it on, not on what filenames you have on your hard drive.

On my purchases it does show as Premium Beta. But I wish they would clarify it. How would I know in-game that I have the premium edition? Does anybody remember what else the premium beta guys got extra?

It's not in the game because why would it be? If you want to know what you bought you look at the receipt or you ask at the shop.
Kickstarters, premium betas, and purchasers of lifetime expansion passes all get beta access and all expansions.
