How do I move the install location of Elite Dangerous?

OK I never realised that this had installed to my C drive and now my system disk is stuffed dull.

Without uninstalling and reinstalling again how do I get this off my C Drive and onto one with much much more space on it?

N.B. this is from the ED Launcher and not Steam.

simply drag and drop or cut\copy and paste the whole ED install folder to where you want it. then verify the game although no issues will usually be found

then recreate or redirect the ED shortcut to its new location

I did this not so long ago when I upgraded my SSD. Iirc I cut and pasted the whole "Games" folder from the old SSD to the new SSD and once it was all in there I started ED from my shortcut. Then I got an error pop up saying something like the folder has been moved and the I used the browse option to point out the new location.

Copy, rename original, verify working, delete original is the safest method.

Ensures that it doesn't seem to run from the new location, but is actually still using files from the original location.
