The auto docking computer smashed me into a space station because it's crap as a result I got fined and I have no access to half the star port services to do that I have to pay a fine I spent 258 years on the internet to find out how to pay a fine and you have to go to contacts at the station where you got the fine here I am at contacts at the station that get me the fine and there's no way of paying it this is just rubbish

After you dock click on Starport Services; Then go to contacts in the Station UI; Then go to Authority Contact; Then don't trust a computer to fly your ship for you

You need to open Contacts listed under Station Services. The window you are showing is not the correct window.
Instead of telling us how cr*P the game is, might we respectfully refer you to the TUTORIAL Screen and take it from there? You are asking very basic questions that are covered by these.
