How do I post screenshots?

Sorry to bother you guys with this question. I have never post a screenshot before. I know how to take a screen shot but I don't know how to post it.
Do I have to uploaded? and where?

You have to use an exterior site to upload your screenshots to. I use photobucket.com to save mine, then I copy the direct link, open the insert image icon in the reply and paste the link.
