How do I show Friends or Featured Creators?

Ever since the full release the featured creators and friends do not show up on my globe when I launch the game. The only person standing on my "planet" is me. Is there a way to get them to show again?

You will need to be connected to the internet and run Planet Coaster in Steam online mode for the Featured Creators and Steam friends to show up on the globe/menu.

If you are online and still seeing the problem, could it be that you have clicked on "Friends only" rather than "All" or "Feature creators" in the workshop window? (There are sort of tabs there that allow you to filter). If you don't have friends added in steam and filter by friends only, then only you show up on the planet.

My computer is always online. I didn't change anything since the full release came out and they are all gone.

I've clicked on friends only and all and feature creators.... I'm still the only one on the planet... and it's getting lonely!

Are you playing the released version of the game? Or are you playing Planet Coaster Alpha?

Have you checked to see if your firewall is blocking Planet Coaster from internet access? It sounds like your have is not able to connect to the internet.

Also, can you tell us what text you see in the bottom left of the main menu?

Firewall is not blocking anything. Lower left of my screen on the main menu has a wifi logo with 3 bars and Build 1.1.0.37619.

How long have you waited for the avatars to appear? And how many steam friends do you have? I have 100+ friends on Steam and it can take upwards of 2 minutes of waiting on the globe screen before they actually appear. Maybe it's just a case of waiting?

It might be a bug if the avatars still don't appear after waiting for a few minutes. If so, please report it as a bug at the Bug Reports forum. Be sure to post your DxDiag report as well.

I hope this issue can be solved for you.

Yeah sorry, I should have mentioned that it's a known a bug that was mentioned in beta. Andy C has said it's related to high numbers of steam friends taking a while to download from the server.

I have one friend and I waited a good 5 minutes to see if my friend or even the Featured Creators appear but still nothing. Guess I'll report it as a bug.
