How do I start HP Reverb G2

I bought the said VR headset. Can someone please give me a walkthrough how to get it working with Horizons directly - no Steam. I have an i9 and 3090, so plenty of computing power.

This is not possible in any way. This helmet uses Microsoft Virtual Reality, which is based on Steam VR. Therefore, without Steam, you will not be able to launch the game in this helmet in VR mode. And with your computer configuration, the game will work perfectly in SteamVR mode with your helmet.
