How do I stop Supercruise Assist from controlling throttle?

Patch notes says there is a keybind for this and I don't doubt it, but I'm newly returned to the game and darn I can't find it.

Aim a little below your target so you aren’t lined up, no auto. Then just straighten up when you want auto

Jebus... I was pouring through the control options. Did not even think of this.

The auto throttle IS useful and I like it as a feature. But I'm jumping back and forth between two stations and each are about 2500Ls from system entry. Coming in and putting on SCA adds minutes to each leg of route. Just being able to punch the throttle until 8 seconds on clock remain saves so much time.

Best solution is to sell the Supercruise Assist Module and fit something useful instead.
