How do I test the Go Kart ride?

I can't seem to find the test button for the Go Kart Ride. Maybe, it's somewhere special that I haven't found. Any suggestions?

first you have to place mannequins in all the go-karts, then you have to hotwire the karts to be remote controlled, and finally you have to drive all 16 cars at once yourself [tongue]
