I had saved the settings so that I could tilt the camera up and down from my number keypad. All of a sudden it's not working and in the settings there isn't even an option for keybinding any keys for rotating or tilting the camera up and down. I literally can't see my parks from a bird's eye view anymore making building almost impossible.
How Do I Til the Camera Up and Down?
