How Do We Compare Components Without a Way to Compare Components?

Specifically I'm interested in how to compare FSD Interdictors. But I noticed many components, beyond rating and class, are difficult to compare...

Yea agreed, this needs sorting out! (sorry I can't help). They did add a stat to (I think) the fuel scoops so you can at least compare those now.

Would really like to know the performance differences between shlds

I realize that, but there is a lack of stats on most components that really makes it hard to compare. Given that premium thrusters can be 5Mil for an ASP, for example, I'd like to know exactly what they are doing better than other thrusters.
