How Do We Submit Bug Reports?

I looked at the bug section of this forum, and there’s a link we now have to use to submit a bug. However, when I select that option I get an error stating bug reports cannot be submitted at this time due to an error. Is this FDevs way of reducing the amount of bug reports they receive? :ROFLMAO:

I wanted to report that on PS4 I cannot “Restock All” if I try I get a server error. If I try using the Advanced Maintenance>Restock methiod I see “Resupply all for 10cr.” I select it and I get ... server error.

Way to go FDev. :ROFLMAO:(n)
 
Odd. I noticed that in fact I had a full stock of everything, but I was still getting the “Restock all for 10 cr” message when I entered the Starport Services, as if I was still needing to restock. So I departed the station, fired off a load of ammo, and then returned to the station. This time when I enter the starport services and select restock all, everything is restocked. Yet I still have the “Restock all for 10cr” message, highlighted in orange, after restocking, suggesting it’s an option I can still select. I select it and that’s when the server error occurs.

So it seems that even if you are fully stocked you still get the restock for 10cr option. Select when you actually need to restock and you restock, but the 10 cr message is still there. Select it when you are fully restocked and you get the server error.

I guess this is a bug that the devs missed (even though it’s glaringly obivious that it smacks you in the face when you enter starport services. Suggesting to me they didn’t actually play the game on PS after applying the patch to see if all was well).

I love this game but I do despair when the devs appear on their major update streams, patting themselves on the back about all the great changes they have made, yet they introduce more bugs with each update <sigh> :(

Hi. Thanks for your reply.

I go to the option you mentioned, and I see the reports, but when I click on them to find a confirmation option, I get an error stating that the report cannot be loaded. <sigh>. Back to No Man’s Sky for me
 
Yeah, I just posted asking about this as well. Perhaps it doesn't like Firefox?

...and no same error on Internet Explorer:
"Unfortunately you are not able to submit an issue at this time. You can still browse existing issues or, alternatively, try again at a later date."
 
I can't report a bug either, my tablet runs on Google Chrome so I don't think it's os related either.
Probably an overload on bug reports.

So many bugs for such a small update.
Don't get me wrong, I like what they've added and changed but man the number of new bugs is staggering.

Nothing is loading up for me. When I click on any of the top menu options I just get 3 dots (aka "loading") and nothing happens.

It's been slow but mostly working for me - except that it won't let me submit a specific bug report about a localisation error at the Colonia Engineers - I get a "sorry, could not proceed" every time.

Anyway, I've attached a picture of it here instead. :)

Would be nice to know if it's completely broken or if the system can't handle a lot of bug reports at the same time.

By the way, the forums seems to be broken too since some of my posts just vanished.

Hello again Commanders,

At the time of my commenting the Issues Tracker was functional, however we appear to be having intermittent issues. We're currently looking into this, and when we have further information, I'll comment back here!
