How Do We Submit Bug Reports?

Hello again Commanders,

At the time of my commenting the Issues Tracker was functional, however we appear to be having intermittent issues. We're currently looking into this, and when we have further information, I'll comment back here!

Thank you.
In the past 48 hours I have only read about the game being broken, the lack of response by fdev and unwillingness to fix things reported. THIS my friend THIS is something we as community can use and build upon, as finally (at least a part of them) direct reponses are given to the grievances of the bombshell that is the april update. (and truly I have seen my fss do thing I had no idea was humanly or technologicly possible to break that way). THANKS!

I looked at the bug section of this forum, and there’s a link we now have to use to submit a bug. However, when I select that option I get an error stating bug reports cannot be submitted at this time due to an error. Is this FDevs way of reducing the amount of bug reports they receive? :ROFLMAO:

I wanted to report that on PS4 I cannot “Restock All” if I try I get a server error. If I try using the Advanced Maintenance>Restock methiod I see “Resupply all for 10cr.” I select it and I get ... server error.

Way to go FDev. :ROFLMAO:(n)

enter claire voyance tent and discuss your bug there, the thoughts are then projected directly into the crystal ball at frontier HQ. this is likely to be more productive than the issue tracker

Apologies for the confusion everyone!

Our Issue Tracker appeared to have an issue with caching (ironic I know!), however this has been resolved and the website has been steady for the last 30 minutes. Please do add any reports or contribute to existing ones here: https://issues.frontierstore.net/

I don't know why, but using your link somehow works, while accessing the issue tracker "normally" by typing the URL does not.

Because they spend more time introducing new bugs and bringing back old ones than they do fixing anything.

I posted the Imperial Clipper "whiteout" bug on April 4th.

Listed as "Still confirming" even though I've seen this reported by others on the forum. It's likely never to get attention due to bug fixing appears now to be a popularity contest. The cooked Dolphin bug is another one. Some things just never get looked at no matter how long they've been around. My guess is that somebody may look at an issue, shrug their shoulders and conclude that they don't know what's wrong, and then it gets relegated to the dust bin.

I'm resigned to just playing what is and letting others waste their time hoping for things to get fixed. In my opinion, the new system is just to make you think that attention will finally be paid to bugs, when in reality, the underlying mechanism to actually do anything hasn't changed one iota.

But keep the faith - we can both hope that I will be proven wrong,
