how do we transfer our accounts over to the steam version

never mind just found out we cant request a key, just took it for red that we could the same as every other game.

you can add non-steam games to steam, I often play Elite that way so I can get steam messages from friends.

well were a month on has there been any news on this? adding it to steam as a non steam game made me fly into a wall when typing a message in steam chat.

EVERY other game i have brought that had steam later has issued steam keys from tiny indie developers to big major companys

Why not post in the giant threadnought specifically for discussing Steam and this game, which has the same exact arguments in it? You could just post "me too" and save yourself some time.

Il2 Battle of Stalingrad just gave it's pre-Steam backers Steam keys after it launched on Steam. It is possible, not sure why they won't do it. I would like to have all my games on Steam.
