I purchased the wrong skin in the shop and cannot figure out how to contact support. If you follow the links it never gives the option to actually open a ticket, or I am missing it. Can anyone direct me to where you submit a ticket?
I followed the rabbit hole in the FAQ, since it does actually address this, but if you click the link it just takes you back to the main Support screen.
