How do you contact Elite Dangerous support?

I purchased the wrong skin in the shop and cannot figure out how to contact support. If you follow the links it never gives the option to actually open a ticket, or I am missing it. Can anyone direct me to where you submit a ticket?

I followed the rabbit hole in the FAQ, since it does actually address this, but if you click the link it just takes you back to the main Support screen.

It has actually been reworked and is a complete nightmare - good luck in finding your tickets - I can't find mine (My Activities - My Requests = zilch).

You have to "Submit a Request" as in:

Do you not think 'submit a request?' is pretty obvious? The old site had me going round in circles before, but this was more-or-less straight to that page, then that link.

Yes the "Submit a request" is in itself rather obvious if it were not for the fact that people are told to "raise a ticket" with support, even in the page I have illustrated but more generally.

No doubt in time it will become more familiar but I still would like to click "View your Tickets" like I had been able to.

Ah yes - 'submit a request' is rather vague isn't it - they should change that.

Does 'View your activities' (another great name!) on the dropdown on your name (top right) not show tickets? Maybe not as it doesn't think I have any closed ones..

Meh, still better than the old one IMHO :)

I have not raised a new one which I suspect would appear as an "activity" - but my closed ones are not shown.

I'm just being a Luddite really, and suspicious of all the changes that had been heavily slanted to Steam. Maybe that will change when the "Epic Failure" gets sorted. ;)

Yeah If I'd ever seen that page I'd agree with you.

I click Frontier Support, then Elite Dangerous, then PC, then Purchasing; Arx and 'In-Game Extras', then get a list of FAQ's and at no point is there a submit a request window or anything resembling what you have linked above. I search for my problem and it gives me a FAQ that provides a link back to the starting support page and has no submit a request at the bottom. I have now clicked on some of the other FAQ's and they do have that, so I submitted the issue that way.

Thanks to everyone for not being snarky oles, I would not have come here if I'd had a submit ticket pop on the FAQ I was clicking on...glad to see the elite dangerous isn't populated by the snarky toxic basement dwellers that populate so many other forums :p
