How do you contact Elite Dangerous support?

After searching through a LOT of the FAQ I finally found that "Submit Request" Button.

This post has saved my sanity. Frontier's support site is not a rabbit hole, it's a warren, with the necessary link hidden somewhere in the last place you look. The sole purpose of the support pages is to weed out players with problems who aren't serious enough.
 
It has actually been reworked and is a complete nightmare - good luck in finding your tickets - I can't find mine (My Activities - My Requests = zilch).

You have to "Submit a Request" as in
NO YOU DON'T

Shame to shout out incorrect information.

You contact support by going to:


sign in...

select your platform....

select your area of concern....

select a likely FAQ and down the page you see "submit request":

I did point this out in post #3 but a lot of people can't be bothered to work things out so now I have taken you through all the steps...

TL/DR - ISSUE TRACKER IS NOT FOR SUPPORT REQUESTS IT IS FOR REPORTING ISSUES (BUGS) - the clue is in the title.

there is no submit issue button ANYWHERE on any page under Elite dangerous.

Maybe you need to look again, however just to help you in your hour of obvious need, have this:


Choose a topic from the drop-down list in the top field and have at it.
