how do you contact support

Ive tried to contact support and cant get through due to their useless player knowledge base that blocks any sort of technical question not related to the usual FAQ's for ED .
If the question isnt in the knowledge base then its not worth their time. How do you get past that.

Never needed it ,myself but I would have thought the 'contact us' option is what you are looking for.

From the PC launch window support, login, contact us, game, platform, technical support, gameplay issues, open a ticket, create a ticket at the bottom works for me.

Well i get support, login, contact us, game, platform, technical support -> then a useless list of knowledge base like, "How to fix common problems with the Elite Dangerous launcher "
then i go to report bugs and it gets me to look through all the bugs,,. when i search for my issue page 1of 616

Then I don't know. I just tried the above path again and it works. I even tried report a bug instead of technical support and after login it also works. I did not need to search any FAQ issues.

To be fair, it is a bit of a long winded click fest to get to the open ticket button.

However, I did recently find a shortcut to open a new ticket which I have to say I hadn't noticed before.
