How do you cool/heat areas for GUESTS ?

My guests are constantly complaining that they are hot. The only cooling I know about are for habitats. Do you just use those for guest areas too?

It’s definitely an (expensive) option.
I think that providing shade by planting trees or building sun-sails(?) does help, too.
And provide refreshments in form of drinks and ice cream stands.
