How do you earn the "This one's a Keeper" Steam achievement?

The achievement says to assign at least three Keepers to different rosters. I made different work zones and assigned them to more than three Keepers but I haven't been able to unlock "This one's a Keeper". How do you earn the achievement?

Thats a good question, i had that at release day...
that is why its impossible my poor old brain to remember how i did it.

But i would guess keeper 1,2 and 3 need to be in zone 1,2 and 3.

I made many small zones in my first and least real zoo (rip).

I confirm Wolfen is correct. After setting up three different work zones and putting keepers in each, I received that one.

Likely, most of the achievements will be "franchise only". Sandbox would be too easy. I haven't done enough of career mode to know if that would also be too easy in certain scenarios.
