How do you find a location?

Example I need to go to Dahan Gateway and then to Azaban City

How do I plot a route to these locations

In the galaxy map, navigation tab, you can search for the system they're in; click on the star itself and then on the left-most icon in the pop-up. That will make that system your destination. If it is too far for one jump the button beside it will string together jumps for you to get there - but be aware that if defaults to the range you have with whatever cargo you have aboard rather than a full bay.

Thanks, but how do you know what system they are in?

If it's for a mission the mission description will tell you the system. If you're trying to go there following advice then it's tougher. azeban is in Eradin though.

You can search directly for station names in the galaxy map Navigation tab; it will find the system the station resides in.
