Powerplay How do you Find Ships to kill for Undermining ?????

Seriously.
I have been Camping the Nav Beacon and the Sun of Enemy Systems. But NOTHING aside from a few Agents from other Factions which give no Reward....

Where the Hell do you find Ships you need to kill for Undermining ????

You will find them usually in supercruise and in Res-sites.
Since my homesystem is occupied by powerplay, we are drowning in them and get nearly nothing else anymore. Makes bountyhunting quit difficult [blah]
When being in supercruise, try to stay within 1000 ls from spawn points like star, nav-beacon or stations.

You are undermining in a control system, aren't you? Exploited systems don't count Nav beacons should have loads (about 6 PP NPCs) zipping about.
