Powerplay How do you gain merits from “Assets Grabs” & “Lead Them by the Wallet”?

All the tutorials I’ve found are for getting Fortifying merits, to get a new Power Play weapon. I picked up Asset Grab cargo (10 Sirius Corporate Contracts) but I don’t know what to do with them.
I watched a couple tutorials, that only talk about “Fortifying”, to get a new weapon.

How does one do the “Asset Grab” and “Lead Them by the Wallet” Power Play actions?

You can also undermine for merits too, if that is better- essentially go to a rival powers space, find a control system (as listed in the UI) and shoot that powers ships.
