CQC How do you get these ships that kill in 2 shots?

Just wondering. Had a little play in CQC today, but I stopped after it became clear some of the ships where not 'normal'.

CQC is all about powerup control. Having the damage powerups makes you mad crazy.

We've seen a few cheaters using hacks in CQC lately, so it's not uncommon.

But WEPs power up in the game adds a lot of DPS to your weapons, so it may be that.

Indeed. And it was duly used. I know making such posts fixes nothing. But it does rather let you vent when a small number of people ruin the fun for everyone else.

Yep. But this was a couple of tier 0 pilots (not for long), winning match after match with huge kill scores and zero losses, and destroying ships in 2 shots.

There is being good. And there is knowing the game... then there is blatant hacking.

If you think someone cheats just leave the game and play another time. You don't get a medal for fighting cheaters, nothing ruins their game more than empty lobby.

If you suspect perma weapons/shields/hull buff without power ups combined with mediocre flying skills (these kind of cheaters come to CQC) then there is no point to linger there.

Could be alternate accounts or veteran players new to CQC.

Regardless, if you are convinced of hacking, you aren't wondering. You have your answer.
