Hi guys

It's been a few days now, so how are you all playing; open, private group or solo.

Please pick from below and feel free to post why you play the way you do

I would play open only but network stability forces me into solo sometimes so I had to pick Open/Solo. Ideally I'd play open only.

I've played totally open so far but, when i start to carry lots of cargo (all my capital) I may chicken out and play solo for a bit

only open , there is no other option for me , well iron man , isnt there yet.

I intend to go Private Group, so I can play the way I want to. I'm happy to chat with people, so will leave lines of communication open.

At the moment I'm just making money with the Sidewinder, but will explore other avenues as Beta opens up.

I play open until things get a bit busy online and the servers start to slow clog up, then I move onto solo play.

Open, I see no other option in a MMO game. As bad as I am at flying and really suck at combat, I still enjoy seeing other players. I've only been attacked once and was able to boost away with only a little damage.

Besides, It's only SB and my personal goal has been to improve my flying so I can go exploring in the final release.

A mix of open and private group mainly to test the friends and grouping options which seem to not be functioning properly ATM, that being we can sometimes see each other in space and so etimes not at all or one can see the other but the other not see them ect ect.

Seems a lot more stable than the premium beta, loving it a lot though.

I must admit the poll gives me hope for the future, of those that voted only about 3% never play open.

If this is an accurate reflection of all players, then the verse should not seem empty and when Comms becomes easier to manage or a general channel is enabled it should get even more fun.

I'm currently trading... seems to be the best way of making cash initially. Once I have enough cash to buy a reasonable fighter with equipment, I'll give that a go!

If my internet was faster / the network problems in ED were sorted I would be open 100%. As it stands, open for me is a disaster zone of glitches so its solo online for now. Its just nice to have things work.
