How do you submit a bug?

My keyboard stops responding during the game, I can get it back by switching to the galaxy map and back but I'd rather not have to.
I tried going to https://issues.frontierstore.net/report-issue but I get the message "Unfortunately you are not able to submit an issue at this time. You can still browse existing issues or, alternatively, try again at a later date."
I've looked at existing issues and it looks like mine is common and has been for a while but there doesn't seem to be any fix yet.

This is all I have been getting for the past two weeks solid.

what is going on? I am left wondering, was it something I said? Have I been banned from the issue tracker? LOL Is the server down, for the past two weeks solid? LMAO, Is there a bug with the bug reports? ROFL!

It's really frustrating, because no one has apparently reported the one main bug that's pretty much making the game completely unplayable. That is the Black Adder crash to main menu when attempting to board your ship. Then there's the other game-breaking bug currently running amok; Unable to transfer ships. So we can't board our ship nor transfer any others... Unless we relog Horizons/Odyssey/Horizons...etc whenever one wishes to have the guts to land and disembark.

Disembark now = quit game, load Horizons, quit game load Odyssey, fly to another station, land, quit game load Horizons, quit game load Odyssey.

Unless this was another grind feature working as intended for the Engineers? :p

It's my understanding that that's technically an exploit... ;)

Peoples were submitting bugs to Issue Tracker post U12

I think I might have a conflict with ad/cookie blocker, I'll disable it and try again. Thanks for replies.

EDIT, yup, I can now report a bug ROFL!

You don't. :)
Makes zero difference tbh, no1 was reading those bug reports anyway.
Except maybe once a month when the cleaning staff were working in that office, they accidentally set the status of a couple of random bug reports to either 'expired' or 'fixed' while they were trying to get rid of the cobwebs.

Find a Nonhuman Signal Source (the higher the better) and drop in.
Locate the sought after bug, power down your shields (if any), throttle down and wait.
Your submission will be handled in the order it was received.
