How do you take down military targets in a system with no CZ?

I took a job from the bulletin board: SIDE AGAINST MILITARY VESSELS

I've traveled to the required system to go and get my 9 kills but there's no CZ in the system!
I've double checked that I'm in the right place and gone round every planet/ station/ pile of rocks in the system.

Is there supposed to be somewhere else to find military vessels?

Too true.
What seems daft is that often you are in a system with conflict zones hoping for missions related to the conflict zones and all you see are missions sending you one hop away to a system with no combat zones to kill ships in combat zones.

I just got the same mission, kill military ships in breska in any conflict zones. Thing is, there are no comflict zones in breska, but there were a day or two ago. It specificly says conflict zones and i have killed a few random military ships in breska, but they dont go towards the goal

Got those missions too and the description said go to conflict zones and kill military. I did that but those ships in there arent the right ones...
They should fix this asap!
