If you mean does it toggle FPS on and off, then yes....if you mean did I assign it to a toggle switch, then no, I didn't

WHY?
As I'm alt tabbing to a browser with a huge list of systems and I look back to the game screen and I look back at my list and I CNTRL + f to find the one I need next and dammit! what's that thing in the corner!

FDev please fix this like yesterday.

It is safe to assume that. Also Ctrl + B toggles the Bandwidth (Send/Receive) display, as long as you have not assigned "B" to a binding.
