I had a bit of a disaster today. My Cobra had a diarrhetic fit and spilled my entire cargo of superconductors into space. About 100,000CR lost before any profit and on top of that, to add insult to injury I was fined 11,000Cr by the station I was approaching for littering!!! This was my fault, human error as I accidentally hit the "jettison all cargo" button by accident. You may be thinking, idiot,.. Remap the keyboard so that the chances of hitting the jettison button are greatly reduced,.. Naa, done that and I STILL hit the damn thing! This has happened to me twice now (hence the reason why I remapped to get the jettison button as far out of reach as possible but I still managed to hit it) I have looked in the controls and I can allocate new buttons but I don't seem to be able to do away with the function all together. As far as I am concerned the "jettison all cargo" function is completely pointless anyway so I would rather be shot of it.
