Impact on game: There are no certainties
Version Found: PC, all versions of the game (in spite of the prefix)
Frequency: Impossible to tell
Time and date of issue: 3 Feb 16
Commander name: Walter Wall
Description:
This chart shows the progression of a CW. It began with the system controlled by Future of Ngulungbara but under pressure from Ngulungbara Commodities.
On the second day of the war NC gained points from factions not involved in the CW, putting it in the lead (bug report: https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=228285&p=3493455#post3493455).

Following the latest tick it appears that the conflict ended with a draw after only a few days (do tick-outs count in the chronology of conflict when no influence changes are recorded?) but system control is now with Ngulungbara Commodities.
I'm unable to reconcile this result with any dev statement on Civil Wars or system control, and it is certainly not encouraging from a gameplay point of view.
