How does one get the disease Coccidioidomycosis?

Ive been after this 1 disease for around 2 months now and i still cant get it to actually work. Any tips to get this would be greatly appreciated cos at this rate I really think this is bugged

This has nothing to do with a bug.

Coccidioidomycosis is a disease only in the desert biome, sandstorms cause dinosaurs to be infected with this disease.
