So it's not IRL time? I'm killing my friend for this crap. WHY DO I GET PENALIZED FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S BEHAVIOR (WHO GOT NO PENALTY, BTW)!?!

The first time it sucks.
Then just move you ships to an IF with a suitable pad size/shipyard. Problem solved.
Because I didn't do anything, that's why I'm irritated. My MultiCrew member did, which did NOTHING to him (btw).
My ship has already been sitting there for 2 days. But when I went to go clean it, I still have a "1." If money can "clean" my ship, WHY THE FLUX CAN MONEY CLEAN IT FASTER!?!

You still haven't said what the big deal is.
Why don't you just operate out of system for a couple of hours til it clears and you can clean your bounty?

Why can't you use the ship? Yiure not wanted across the known Galaxy. Just in the specific jurisdiction.
How do I fix that? I quoted myself by accident.

Seriously though, I don't know why you're making such a big deal out of one teeny weeny bounty.
Ergo, if your ship is only wanted in the one jurisdiction, then you don't have anything to worry about. Just travel round until your notoriety decreases and pay the bounty of at the IF.

1 Point = 2 Hour of time spent ingame. You can just go to a system where the faction that wants you isn't. Or just sit on a pad or in a station and watch TV or a vid, BUT if you do, ensure you alt+enter ED so it's windowed, ensure "always on-top" is ticked on video player window, then once your video is playing just give the game in the background a click. Now the Notoriety is ticking down because you're in game and the game window is focused (Though you've got something playing over the top.) Yw
