I purchased Planet Coaster Thrillseeker Edition on Steam a few hours ago, but when I clicked "download" after purchasing the game, nothing happened. I checked my library, and both the game and the DLC is listed there. There's no "install" or "play" button though, and no download took place. I submitted a ticket to Steam immediately, but like I said, it's been a few hours. Hoping you guys have heard of this problem before, and might have a solution.
Any ideas?
For anyone wanting details, I tried clearing my download cache in Steam, exited and restarted Steam, rebooted the computer, checked my Steam Library files on the disc and there's no download file present nor a Planet Coaster folder in the directory. Tried setting my region to Germany as well, where it was originally America. Here's a picture of my library, where you can see that Planet Coaster is displayed, as well as the Thrillseeker DLC, but there's no "install" or "play" button:
