How fast did you make 300K credits when first starting out. And how?

I made a lot of money by carrying out station missions. Kills two birds with one stone as it helps to up your rep with the various factions, so you get allies in dogfights etc.

When first starting out? A week? or so.

2 days to figure out the control scheme
1 day to troubleshoot my Rift
1 day looking at the forums and trade stuff
1 day to learn how to actually fly and dock
2 days to redo some of my bindings and set up voice attack
2 days to make the credits (sidewinder -> hauler -> Cobra mk3) during the weekend (2 days off).

Now.. well.. I had a "boo-boo" and ended up with 700cr to my name. I made about 250,000cr that day.

How do u know exactly how much money u earned and how many hrs u played? R U guessing, does ur wife require this type of report from u or does the game track it?

Well, Mr Dunning-Kruger, there is a stats button in the menu, so your tone is rather badly chosen.

Still haven't. I think 100k is the most I've had at a time. I'm easily amused. A cheap date if you will.
