How long have I spent playing this game?

Is there any way of telling how many hours I've been playing? At a rough guess it must be somewhere between 2 and 3 hundred hours but it's be interesting to know.

Would be nice to know..but I don't remember any MMO that had a hours counter.. (not saying they don't, just that I don't remember any that did)

The Beta used to have a Player Stats page listing duration of play, credits made, ships lost etc. Much of that is now part of the Statistics sub page on the Status panel, but sme stats like play duration don't seem to be.

It would be a nice thing to be able to check. Guildwars had the /age command which would give you an output like "you have played this character for X hours over the past Z hours/days." Something like that would be cool.

If the game was on Steam that would keep track of it but although I load my game through the Steam client as it isn't a native Steam game it doesn't do it.
