How long does it take before the USSs in a system refresh?
While we're on the subject, does the old way of finding HGEs still work? ie cruise around in Deep Space hoping RNGeezus showers his love down upon you.
The old way still works but you'd be crazy to do it. All USS are revealed by scanning the Nav Beacon or FSS'ing now. Much easier. Signal sources replenish as they disappear; there is no fixed refresh.
